Volunteer Assistant Customer Service Representatives

Volunteers should have:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanour at all times, especially when dealing with a member of the public
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • CXC passes in Math and English
  • A high level of computer literacy

Volunteer Clinical Support Staff

Volunteers should have:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanour at all times, especially when dealing with a
    member of the public
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of computer literacy
