Volunteer Assistant Customer Service Representatives
Volunteers should have:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour at all times, especially when dealing with a member of the public
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- CXC passes in Math and English
- A high level of computer literacy
Volunteer Clinical Support Staff
Volunteers should have:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour at all times, especially
when dealing with a
member of the public - Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- A high level of computer literacy
