How The Request Process Works

Provide your contact details, location and the type of assistance you need, such as mosquito spraying, a premises inspection or a school or community education session.

IVCD Reviews Your Information
IVCD assesses your request based on public health priorities, surveillance findings and current operations to determine the appropriate response.

Scheduling & follow up
If your request qualifies for intervention, IVCD will contact you to schedule a visit or advise on next steps.
