What is HbA1C?
HbA1C measures the control of your blood sugar levels over a period of 60 – 90 days.
If you have values above 6.5% you should visit your nearest health centre.

Have your experienced any of the following?
- Urinate (pee) a lot, often at night

Then you should visit your physician to get your blood sugar checked.

To control blood sugar levels try doing the following:
- Use the correct medication in the prescribed dosages.
- Eat healthy by including more fruits and vegetables. Eat at least 2-4 servings of fruits every day and include vegetables in every meal.
- Increase physical activity. 30 minutes of exercise a day can greatly improve your health.
- Try to avoid stressful situations. Engage in activities like yoga/meditation, a hobby, practice self-care, reduce caffeine intake, and spend time with family and friends.
