Stress

Stress

Stress is a natural response to challenges or threats that you face in your life. It’s like our body’s built-in alarm system, gearing up to help us deal with tough situations. When we’re stressed, hormones kick in, causing our hearts to beat faster, our muscles to tense up, and our minds to race with thoughts. It’s our body’s way of getting ready to handle whatever comes our way.

Staying Active- Importance of Physical Activity

Staying-active

Physical activity is key to maintaining good physical health, especially during your teenage years. It not only keeps your body strong and healthy but also has a positive impact on your mental well-being.

Engaging in regular physical activity can help reduce stress and anxiety, improving your overall mood and energy levels.Prioritizing physical activity is crucial for staying healthy and feeling your best.

Trauma

Trauma

Experiencing trauma isn’t just about going through a difficult time—it’s when an overwhelmingly distressing event exceeds our ability to cope, leaving us feeling powerless and exposed. Trauma can stem from various events, such as accidents, abuse, or witnessing violence, and it can have profound effects on our mental and physical well-being, shaking our sense of safety.
